Do I need to come in person?
We perform the intake and consultation by phone or Zoom, and then we meet at our office to properly sign the estate plan documents. If requested, we can send the documents with instructions to you to sign at your convenience.

How long does it take?
From initial consultation to document signing, the whole process takes about two weeks. Sometimes it can be shorter, or longer.

Is $499 really all-inclusive?
$499 really is all-inclusive for the will-based estate plan. It includes the will and documents in case of incapacity. Some estates are more complicated which may include tax planning, asset protection or Medicaid eligibility.

What’s the difference between a Will and a Trust plan?
The main difference is the trust avoids probate and is more private, since wills become public once they are probated. The initial cost of a trust usually pays for itself in both time and money.
